*.* Verse *.*

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast. It is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered, It keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, But rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trust, Always hopes, always perseveres.
-[1 Corinthians 13:4-7]-

*.* Of course it is! *.*

Hey Kristina (and everyone else)

Of course it's ok to wish them happy deepavali and hari raya and all those stuff.. :) it's true that there're some religious attachments in these festivals and there are some things that they do that symbolises worship to other gods... but we're exactly taking part in the worship by saying happy deepavali, in fact i think that we should give them our well wishes to reflect God's love for them eventhough they haven't really recognise HIM as their Lord and Saviour.. Yeps.. and i think the gesture of wishing someone happy----- it's also a form showing respect to the person celebrating the festival!

I guess it's the same for visiting temples... as long as we do not take part in their worship/prayers to the other 'gods', it's ok... yeah... and things about eating food that has been offered to idols etc... the main thing is, just eat, so long as you do not stumble your brothers/sisters as you eat. For example, if i do not know that the food has been offered to idols but it's offered to me to eat, just eat to give face ya? haha... but if you do know that the food has been offered and the pple at the table know that you're a christian, DO NOT eat if you know your actions will stumble the pple around you, thinking that you're not serious about being a Christian.

Hope this answers your question! heh... anyway, my exams are coming soon!! and so is sue-anne's.. pls pray for us!! thanks girls! yeah n i'm happy the blog is more lively now :)
